About Phil DiMaria

Phil entered the masonry trade in his teens as a summer helper. This is where he began learning the business from the ground up. He continued working during his high school and college summers and holidays, developing an appreciation and genuine love for the trade while learning all the necessary mechanical skills.

Upon graduation from college, Phil took a job in the corporate world which was short-lived. This experience made him realize what he wanted to accomplish with his career and where he wanted to be. Phil returned to the masonry business and worked his way into a management role of sales/estimating in a short period of time. He was exposed to all facets of the business which, he feels, gives him a better appreciation for solid craftsmanship and customer service. During this time, he consulted with thousands of homeowners in designing and implementing specific solutions to their particular problems or needs.

An opportunity then arose for Phil to start his own company and the rest is “history”.

Phil has taken continuing educational courses at Penn State related to the construction fields, and has been a CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute of America) certified chimney sweep since 1997 (#4278). Phil has also been a guest lecturer on the topic of chimney safety at a local community college and at home inspector classes. Phil has over twenty years experience in the trades to date.

Phil was born and raised in Glenside, PA and is a graduate of both Bishop McDevitt High School and Villanova University where he played football. Phil currently resides in Abington, PA with his wife Kelly, son Joseph and daughter Devan.

“Both chimneys look great. The clean up was great. They left it better than they found it. They even weeded. The response to the urgency to get it done before my neighbor put his fence in was greatly appreciated. I will be glad to recommend you and your crew.”
